Spelling is critical skill that is important for all students. In Spelling: It Matters, participants will explore how spelling ties in with good reading instruction, spelling rules and their application, and ways to teach students to spell. Various multisensory strategies will be shown as well as various spelling resources. This workshop is designed for classroom teachers, sped teachers, reading interventionist, dyslexia therapists, and reading specialists.
If you are not under contract with the Northeast Arkansas Education Cooperative or one of our 14 member districts, you will be responsible for all fees related to this workshop. The fee for this workshop is $25. Payment is expected the day of the training unless prior arrangements have been made.
