SCSC-Establishing a Community of Practice, Grades K-6

Positive culture, communication, and collaboration are essential in education. Before you can begin the work to improve academics or behavior in your building, you must first establish the culture and community to support the work. Are you trying to establish or improve the quality of collaborative or team meetings in your school? Are you a new staff member or leader looking for ways to plan to build a team in your building? Do you need a refresher or new ideas? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then come join us for a day of learning and networking. Matthew Treadway, a Solution Tree associate and Elementary Principal, will present along with co-op and local educators. Educators are welcome to come individually or come as a group from schools. The outcomes of the day include: Develop a foundation of WHY meetings are a critical shift necessary to improve our practice and results for  students, Identify WHAT the right work is
