The Medical workshop will provide information on the entire medical package. Focus will be placed on state reporting items of vision, hearing and scoliosis screening as well as immunization entry and maintenance, including the immunization validation process. Participants will learn how to mass add screening data for easier entry of screening results. Other issues discussed will be medications issued, medical alerts, disabilities, office visits, emergency contact information, and other screenings not required for state reporting as well as options for entering office visits through a daily log and mass adding medications.
