Spotting Economics at The Southern Tenant Farmer Museum, Tyronza-IN-PERSON



Join us for our Spotting Economics series at the Southern Tenant Farmers Museum. Participants will enhance their knowledge and understanding of tenant farming and agricultural labor movements in the Mississippi River Delta, in an effort to preserve the history and promote the legacy of sharecropping, tenant farming and the farm labor movement. Penny Toombs, Director of the Southern Tenant Farmers Museum will share many great resources, and participants will make the economic connections.

Target audience: 3rd-12th grade educators

Upon successful completion, participants will receive:
