NWAESC(2095)---Writing in the 3-6 Classroom
This session will focus on the important foundation for writing instruction in the 3-6 classroom. Participants will learn about the research on handwriting and typing and how these relate to student performance in terms of quality and quantity of writing. Then we will lay the foundation with sentence level strategies before moving to note-taking and paragraph writing. This session will be applicable to any 3-6 teacher using any curriculum.
