These 3-hour safety workshops conducted by ASBA Risk Management helps districts meet the training
requirements outlined in the State Public School Facilities, Maintenance, Repair and Renovation Manual (Custodial and Maintenance Manual). Topics include Chemical Right-to-Know, Back Safety, Bloodborne Pathogens, Slip/Trip/Falls, Heat Stress, Groundskeeping Safety, and PPE. The training is offered at no costs to the districts, and all employees will receive a training certificate upon completion.
