GFESC Determining Essential Standards
This session will focus on Question 1: What do we want our students to know and be able to do? The key focus of the session will be on how to identify and create Essential Standards including unpacking those standards in order to assist in meeting the instructional needs of students. The session will allow the work of aligning vocabulary and systems statewide. The session is provided in collaboration with DESE and the state ERZs. This session will be presented by Jacqueline Heller from Solution Tree and is appropriate for district and building administrators, instructional facilitators and any other staff from districts.
