School nurses will receive the required training as specified in AR law, in order to perform adequate vision screenings. This education meets the requirements set forth in Rules and Regulations and is specific to AR school nurses. Certificates will be handed out upon successful completion of the course.
Participants must bring their districts vision machines and any vision equipment currently being used. i.e... wall charts, etc...
Note - Hearing screening training will be taught the same afternoon. The nurse will need to sign up on escworks for that training separately.
