NWAESC(2095)-Making Beyond the Makerspace
Don't have a makerspace in your school? Well, join the Amazeum's Educational Partnerships Specialist and the Co-op's STEM Specialist to learn more about how making can take place in your classroom! This fun, hands-on and engaging session will help you learn how to integrate making through literacy, science and social studies, along with how to create a classroom culture and environment conducive to making. Leave with ideas that you can use this school year, along with a goodie bag of supplies! Note: This session is appropriate for STEAM lab/makerspace teachers. Also, new ideas will be shared so feel free to join us even if you have attended in the past!
