SCSC-Teaching Information Literacy Using Digital Resources



This workshop will focus on instructional strategies designed to help students effectively use digital resources in their research. Special emphasis will be on the Traveler Databases for K-12 students available through the Arkansas State Library as well as other sources of primary and secondary historical documents and artifacts.  Suggestions for lessons and projects will be provided.

For member districts of the SCSC Professional Development Consortium, the fee has been waived. Districts that have not paid for nurses and/or paraprofessionals will pay the listed fee. In the event of cancellation, registrants will be notified by email (address tied to escWorks). Participants are not allowed to bring guests (such as children or spouses) to any training.
