This new three-hour professional learning opportunity includes basic information on strategies, tips, and
tools that will help teams building inclusive practices into secondary transition practices. Attendees will
assess the implementation level of inclusive strategies and practices and build a plan to incorporate
more into daily class activities. Resources and information on Universal Design for Learning will also be
provided. Attendees are encouraged to bring an electronic device.
