SCSC - 3 HOUR HEARTSAVER CPR AND AED CERTIFICATION



The Heartsaver CPR AED course trains participants to give CPR, and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in a safe, timely, and effective manner. Reflects science and education from the American Heart Association Guidelines Update for CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC). This class is for lay people, not medical personal. At the completion of this course you will receive an AHA Heartsaver CPR AED card. This certification is good for 2 years. TESS COMPONENTS addressed include: 1D, 4D, 4E

For member districts of the SCSC Professional Development Consortium the fee has been waived. Districts that have not paid for nurses and/or paraprofessionals will pay the listed fee. In the event of cancellation, registrants will be notified by email (address tied to escWorks). Participants are not allowed to bring guests (such as children or spouses) to any training.
