ARESC-Enneagram: Team Building and Working Well with Others
Teacher job satisfaction encompasses a number of things including relationships, self-care, expectations and the realities of the day to day work. We tend to know things we “should” do; however we often do not do them. Why? Self-awareness work may help us to answer that question and further our ability to get closer to our ultimate goals. The Enneagram tool allows educators to gain insight into the motivations behind their behaviors and examine how it impacts communication, interpersonal relationships, and self-care practices. Join us to learn more about the nine types and how they apply to you, to your relationships, and even to your classroom.
