SE Youth Mental Health First Aid



This course will cover how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders. The training gives skills needed to reach out and provide initial help and support to youth who may be developing a mental disorder or substance use problem or experiencing a crisis.

Youth Mental Health First Aid is an international program listed in the National Registry of Evidence Based Programs and Practices (NREPP). Participation for the entirety of the course is required to receive certification.

Last day to register is June 2nd; at least 5 people are required for the session to be held.
