SE QPR: Question, Persuade, Refer and Resiliency for All



The QPR training covers three steps anyone can learn to help prevent suicide. People trained on QPR learn to recognize the warning signs of a suicide crisis and how to question, persuade, and refer someone to help.

Resiliency for All is a course that prepares adults to build resiliency in themselves and youth by discussing key components of resiliency, then applying those concepts to ourselves, and learn how to build those in youth.
