Calling all K-12 Illustrative Mathematics Users! All Things Illustrative Mathematics is a 2-day summer workshop designed for Year 1 and 2 users to address topics such as: differentiating instruction, accelerated learning from gap instruction, fluency, instructional routines, assessment, family engagement, vertical alignment and pacing, and problem-based model support.
This is a great opportunity for IM users to network, collaborate, and reflect on future implementation of the most popular HQIM: High Quality Instructional Materials for mathematics: Illustrative Mathematics.
Session Location: West Side High School Campus 7295 Greers Ferry Rd. Greers Ferry, AR 72067
Participants should bring a device, IM account credentials, writing utensils, and comfortable attire to wear. Teachers will be provided with a one-hour block for lunch. Teachers are encouraged to either bring a lunch onsite or make arrangements to go in the Greers Ferry community.
