OUR Mid-Year Progress Check-In for Communities of Practice



This session is designed for participants involved in the Communities of Practice (CoP) project to reflect on progress made during the first semester, review relevant data, and collaboratively identify areas of strength and opportunities for growth. Participants will engage in structured discussions to prioritize needs and develop actionable next steps for the remainder of the year.

Key objectives of this session include:

  1. Reviewing Progress: Examine the implementation of CoP goals and initiatives to identify successes and challenges.
  2. Analyzing Data: Utilize data from classroom observations, state and local assessments, and feedback to inform decision-making.
  3. Prioritizing Needs: Identify critical areas of focus to ensure alignment with CoP objectives and desired outcomes.
  4. Planning for Next Steps: Develop a clear and actionable plan to address prioritized needs and continue building capacity for high-quality teaching and learning.

Participants Will Leave With:

  • A comprehensive understanding of progress made within their CoP initiatives.
  • Clear priorities for addressing immediate and long-term needs.
  • A collaboratively developed action plan to guide the next phase of the CoP project.
