GFESC Planning for Successful Outcomes (AM)

This NEW professional learning opportunity provides insight into planning for students’ futures, whether you are a general education teacher or a special education teacher. Planning for students’ futures should begin earlier than high school. The presenter will take attendees through aspects of planning that can be incorporated for student success plans and secondary transition plans. Attendees will learn about valuable resources and tools and participate in using transition assessment results to build plans that lead to successful outcomes for students.

Attendees are encouraged to bring an electronic device.
