In this session, leaders will deepen their understanding of how to effectively observe and coach instruction using high-quality instructional materials (HQIM). Participants will explore the full observation and feedback cycle—from pre-observation planning to post-observation coaching conversations. Through reflection, modeling, and hands-on practice, leaders will refine their ability to deliver targeted, actionable feedback that supports instructional integrity and student success.
All beginning principals are required to attend one session as part of their Beginning Principal Mentoring program."
