DSC BX3 Workdays



Join us for an interactive and engaging workday designed specifically for BX3 teams! This professional learning opportunity brings teams together to collaborate, share strategies, and strengthen the behavioral support systems within their buildings.

Throughout the workday, participants will work alongside other schools to explore and refine their own Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) for behavior. Teams will have the opportunity to:

Learn from each other’s successes and challenges

Explore a variety of reward and discipline systems in use across schools

Identify strengths and gaps in their current practices

Develop and/or carry out action plans to enhance Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 behavioral supports

Whether your team is just getting started or looking to refine existing systems, this workday offers a valuable space to grow, collaborate, and leave with practical tools to support all students more effectively.
