This session is designed for district and school leaders who need a clear grasp of Arkansas’ redesigned A–F school rating system. Participants will dig into each component of the accountability formula—achievement, growth for all students, growth of the lowest quartile, and postsecondary readiness—and learn how to interpret results. The focus will be on turning data into action, with strategies to use accountability outcomes to target instructional changes and support school improvement.
