SCSC -Building a Continuum of Care for Youth

The purpose of this session is to focus on improving outcomes for at risk and court involved youth through collaboration, consistency and compassion. This interactive six-hour workshop will provide practical strategies and real-world insights to help professionals strengthen engagement, safety, and long-term impact.
Building a Continuum of Care: Learn how to align systems including schools, courts, and community partners to ensure youth and families experience seamless support across every point of intervention.
Family Engagement Strategies: Explore proven approaches for building trust, reducing barriers, and empowering families as equal partners in the change process.
Positive Behavior Supports: Gain tools to reinforce positive behavior, restore accountability, and maintain a supportive environment even in high-stress situations.
Recognizing Signs of Gang Involvement: Understand behavioral and social indicators, risk factors, and intervention techniques to help redirect youth before it’s too late.
This session bridges the gap between education, justice, and community while equipping participants with the tools to build systems of care that don’t just react but transform lives.
