SCSC -Class PreK 2nd Edition Observer Training



The Pre-K CLASS 2nd Edition Observation Training is a 3-day training that is facilitated by a CLASS affiliate. Over the course of the training, participants will engage with their trainer and peers through interactive learning opportunities designed to support understanding of how to effectively observe and score teacher-student interactions. To extend learning, participants will complete embedded coursework that offers real-time feedback. After completion of the 3-day training, participants will have 8 weeks to complete and pass the Pre-K reliability test to become a certified CLASS observer.TESS components addressed include: 4E

Important Session Information:


For member districts of the SCSC Professional Development Consortium, the fee has been waived. If you are not part of the SCSC PD Consortium, you may be charged a minimum of $20 per day for any training even if the fee listed is zero.  Districts that have not paid for nurses and/or paraprofessionals will pay the listed fee. In the event of cancellation, registrants will be notified by email (address tied to escWorks). Participants are not allowed to bring guests (such as children or spouses) to any training.
