DMESC Claws, Feathers, & Paws: Integrating Biology and Visual Art
After reviewing the different vertebrate classifications and their distinct traits teachers will learn how to invent and draw imaginary animals composed of parts from real animals. Following this pen and ink drawing activity, the teachers will write fictional stories incorporating their creatures, emphasizing structural adaptations and cause & effect.
Important Session Information:
A $100 FEE WILL BE DUE ON THE DAY OF THE TRAINING IF NOT PARTICIPATING IN THE DMESC PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CONSORTIUM.
