SCSC - Canva in the Classroom: Student-Centered Design Tools

This workshop introduces teachers to Canva as a student-centered design tool that supports creativity, communication, and content mastery across grade levels and content areas. Participants will explore how students can use Canva to demonstrate learning through visuals, presentations, videos, and collaborative projects.
Teachers will learn how to create classroom-ready templates, manage and review student work, support collaboration, and use accessibility features to design meaningful, standards-aligned assignments. By the end of the session, teachers will leave with practical, ready-to-use ideas for integrating Canva into instruction.
TESS components addressed include: 1D, 1E, 3C
