The Science of Reading - Starting with theoretical models, day 1 explores the science of how one learns to read. From brain research to evidence based practices, participants will explore the disconnect between what the science says and what classroom practice has been for the past thirty years.
This session will address instructional strategies most appropriate for the following levels of instruction:
Tier 1
