This professional development session will provide counselors and administrators with practical strategies to enhance career pathway instruction, develop Student Success Plans (SSPs) across H2 and non-H2 pathways, and structure CTE programs to ensure student achievement. Participants will: Explore early career pathway instruction strategies to engage students in career exploration and planning. Learn how to build and align Student Success Plans with readiness measures and demonstration requirements. Examine opportunities to integrate advanced academics into CTE pathways. Review key elements of course stacking, transition rules, and size, scope, quality standards. Gain guidance on analyzing and refining existing programs to enhance outcomes.
