SCSC - Level II Screeners: Accurate Administration & Scoring of Formal and Informal Assessments



This professional development session will support educators in learning how to access and administer Level II screeners for Dyslexia, with a focus on understanding what the data reveals about student reading needs. Participants will gain hands-on knowledge of common Level II screening tools, learn how to read and interpret scores, and understand how results connect to characteristics of Dyslexia. The session will emphasize using screening data to make informed instructional and intervention decisions and to support early identification of students who may require targeted reading support. TESS components addressed include: 4B, 4F

Important Session Information:


For member districts of the SCSC Professional Development Consortium, the fee has been waived. If you are not part of the SCSC PD Consortium, you may be charged a minimum of $40 per day for any training even if the fee listed is zero.  Districts that have not paid for nurses and/or paraprofessionals will pay the listed fee. In the event of cancellation, registrants will be notified by email (address tied to escWorks). Participants are not allowed to bring guests (such as children or spouses) to any training.
