SCSC - Mentor Training

Mentors, this one’s for you! Join your assigned novice teachers for an engaging training focused on building strong mentoring relationships, effective coaching, open communication, and meaningful feedback—plus a few strategies for those “talk them off the ledge” moments we all know too well. Expect practical tools, honest conversations, and a little fun as you strengthen your impact and support your novice teachers with confidence and care. TESS components addressed include: 1A, 2B, 4D

Important Session Information:

For member districts of the SCSC Professional Development Consortium, the fee has been waived. If you are not part of the SCSC PD Consortium, you may be charged a minimum of $40 per day for any training even if the fee listed is zero. Districts that have not paid for nurses and/or paraprofessionals will pay the listed fee. In the event of cancellation, registrants will be notified by email (address tied to escWorks). Participants are not allowed to bring guests (such as children or spouses) to any training.
