SWAEC- Durable Skills Integration

This session focuses on the development of Durable Skills: communication, teamwork, problem-solving, leadership, and adaptability that employers consistently prioritize. Participants will explore strategies for embedding these skills into JAG classroom routines, Career and Technical Education (CTE) pathways, project-based learning, and community service. The session includes practical activities, language for teaching soft-skill competencies, and tools for assessing student growth in these high-value employability skills.
