SE 3D Mastery: Science Instruction for Impactful Learning (Implementing AR Science Standards)

This session is targeted toward new K-12 science teachers and instructional leaders - join us for an introductory workshop to the K-12 Arkansas Science Standards. Participants will learn what it means to teach three-dimensionally, discover the “why” behind each of the three components of the standards, and how to shift classroom instruction to allow students to make sense of the world around them rather than learn scientific concepts in isolation.

Participants need to bring a computer.

Important Session Information:

For Southeast Co-op PD Consortium member districts, the fee will be waived prior to billing. Non-consortium participants who register but fail to attend without canceling will be charged a $10 fee if catering is provided. Cancellations must be made online at least two days before the workshop, by calling 870-367-6848, or emailing christy.johnson@searkcoop.com.
