AFESC-Strengthening Ag Programs: Impacts, Skills, and the Three Circle Model



This six hour professional development experience will help Arkansas Agricultural Education teachers strengthen program impact and enhance durable skill development using the Ag Ed Three Circle Model. Participants will explore how classroom instruction, FFA involvement, and Supervised Agricultural Experiences work together to create meaningful outcomes for students, schools, and communities. Teachers will leave with practical strategies and tools to grow program impact, cultivate durable skills, and support student success across all components of Agricultural Education.
