Join Arch Ford in Collaboration with the Russellville School District for this unique opportunity! Center Valley Elementary is in its second year of implementing a trauma-informed, neuro-aligned, multi-tiered behavior support system. Participants will tour the building, hear from Principal Megan Strain about her journey over the past two years, observe a behavior team meeting in progress, and debrief with Principal Strain afterward. If you are looking to see quality tier one behavior supports in action, and learn how a strong behavior support team can support tier two and tier three interventions, this day is for you! Space is limited to 12 elementary principals.
