SWAEC- Coaching Greatness



Growing and maintaining a championship culture requires focus on the two areas with the highest payoff: talent and leadership development. Accelerating growth in athletes begins with coaches. No athletic organization can rise above the personal constraints of its coaching leaders. Recognizing and overcoming personal constraints is critical to maximizing coach potential. In Coaching Greatness, coaches learn how to intentionally and consistently define expected behaviors and create a culture that reflects the values of the athletic program while meeting ambitious goals.
