NWAESC(2095)-Planning for Impact: Data-Driven Math Interventions in Grades 3–8
Effective math interventions require clear goals, targeted instruction, and ongoing progress monitoring. In this session, participants will learn how to develop math intervention plans that are grounded in data and aligned to standards progressions. Educators will practice setting incremental learning goals, selecting appropriate diagnostics, and using progress-monitoring data to adjust instruction. Participants will leave with ready-to-use resources and planning tools to support sustainable and impactful math intervention systems in grades 3–8.
