DSC Outdoor Ed Lessons at Lake Ouachita Day #2



Grandview Prairie Nature Center Park professionals will bring us an assortment of Outdoor Ed lessons that engage students in the Arkansas Science standards. Teachers will play the role of learner as they explore the physical world to take back investigations to their school. In the afternoon, Lake Ouachita Park Interpreter will take us on Day #2 of a Float trip to see different ecosystems at Lake Ouachita. Participants will be provided with six hours of PD credit.

Important Session Information:


Bring a sack lunch, water bottle, and dress appropriately (sunglasses, sunscreen) to be outside on the boat. There is a $50 workshop registration fee for non-consortium schools’ participants.
