SCSC - LEADS Pilot



The LEADS Observation Training focuses on building strong evaluation and coaching practices that support principal growth and improved teaching and learning. Pilot participants examine leadership behaviors that influence teacher effectiveness and student outcomes, practice collecting and using evidence, and apply the full evaluation cycle across the school year. 



Important Session Information:


For member districts of the SCSC Professional Development Consortium, the fee has been waived. If you are not part of the SCSC PD Consortium, you may be charged a minimum of $40 per day for any training even if the fee listed is zero.  Districts that have not paid for nurses and/or paraprofessionals will pay the listed fee. In the event of cancellation, registrants will be notified by email (address tied to escWorks). Participants are not allowed to bring guests (such as children or spouses) to any training.
