The Enneagram, a personality framework that has been around for decades, helps provide structured insight into the personalities, core desires, and motivations of the individuals in our schools. Understanding these ideas and needs can support healthy communication and more effectively meet the needs of our staff or co-workers.
This training is designed for Enneagram BEGINNERS and will highlight the unique personality traits and motivations for each enneagram type. We will also work on how to use this knowledge to support conflict resolution, team building, and a healthy school culture. This if for educators in all subject areas and positions.
