DMESC Designing for Gifted Learners: Differentiation, Acceleration, and AI Tools for the GT Classroom and Beyond
This workshop will help GT educators design meaningful differentiated learning experiences for gifted students while also supporting classroom teachers in using practical differentiation strategies. Participants will explore how AI tools such as Gamma, NotebookLM, Canva, and MagicSchool can be used to quickly create differentiated lessons, units, and activities that meet the needs of identified gifted learners. The session will also include discussion and problem-solving around common challenges with accelerated learning, including content-area acceleration and the logistics of implementing it effectively within a district. Educators will leave with practical tools, ideas, and resources they can immediately use in their schools.
Important Session Information:
A $100 FEE WILL BE DUE ON THE DAY OF THE WORKSHOP IF NOT PARTICIPATING IN THE DMESC PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CONSORTIUM.
