Supporting Autism & Behavioral Needs in the Classroom (Tier 1–Tier 3) is a six-hour professional development designed to equip educators with practical, immediately usable strategies for supporting students with autism and behavioral needs through a tiered system of interventions.

The training blends a foundational understanding of autism and behavior with hands-on application of:

  • Tier 1 universal classroom supports

  • Tier 2 targeted interventions

  • An introductory overview of Tier 3 intensive services

Participants will engage in interactive activities, modeling, and guided practice opportunities designed to build confidence in implementing proactive, relationship-based, and skill-focused strategies that reduce challenging behaviors and enhance student success.
