NAESC-Next Steps with ATLAS: Organizing Summative Data for Student Support
This collaborative work session is designed for dyslexia coordinators and interventionists to turn ATLAS 3–10 summative data into clear, actionable next steps for student support. Participants will bring their ATLAS ELA Reading summative results and work through a structured process to: Identify students who scored at Level 1 in reading Organize student data by grade level into a working spreadsheet Review and document current support services for each student Determine which students need Level 1 assessments (encoding and oral reading fluency) Identify students who may require Level 2 screening Review students who previously completed Level 1 or Level 2 assessments but did not qualify, and plan appropriate next steps By the end of the session, participants will leave with an organized system and a clear plan to ensure students receive the targeted support they need moving forward.
