OUR From Policy to Practice: Strategic Planning for Arkansas School Librarians (2026-2027)
This workshop prepares Arkansas school librarians to navigate legislative expectations, plan effective literacy programming, use ATLAS data to guide library decisions, integrate TRAVELER databases into instruction, and understand merit pay pathways connected to measurable impact.
Agenda Topics:
• Arkansas laws impacting school librarians
• Planning library programming for 2026–2027
• Using ATLAS data to support literacy achievement
• Integrating TRAVELER databases into instruction
• Understanding Arkansas merit pay opportunities
• Campus action planning session
Outcomes:
Participants will leave with a practical implementation plan aligned to compliance expectations, instructional collaboration goals, and student achievement priorities.
