CRESC-CTE Connections: Sustainability, Design, and Product Development
CTE Connections: Sustainability, Design, and Product Development engages educators in a rigorous, hands-on learning experience where they explore sustainable materials, apply design and construction techniques, and develop marketable products. This standards-aligned PD models real-world applications across Agriculture, FACS, and Entrepreneurship pathways while providing ready-to-use strategies for high-impact, project-based instruction.
Educators will leave with a completed product that models the full design process from concept to construction. In addition, they will gain practical strategies and instructional tools to guide students through each phase of design thinking—planning, creating, evaluating, and refining—ensuring clear connections to real-world applications and CTE standards.
Lunch will be served.
