Greenwood-Para Foundations
This professional development course provides educators with a practical introduction to behavior principles and their use in school settings. Participants will learn foundational principles, including how behavior is influenced, the function of behavior, and basic behavior strategies that can be integrated into the classroom, such as reinforcement systems, prompting, redirection, and teaching replacement behaviors. By the end of the session, participants will leave with practical tools and strategies they can apply to effectively manage behavior and support diverse learners.
