SWAEC- eSchool Year End Rollover Prep Workshop/Cycle 7 Presentation



In this workshop, we will discuss various reports and advance searches needed to verify and clean up district data for preparation for year-end rollover. It is highly recommended the eSchool system administrator attend this workshop. We will go over the cycle information first in case there are SIS Coordinators that do not need to sit in on the Year End Rollover Preparation data. Last time we met, the cycle data took approximately an hour. In the Cycle 7 presentation, we will discuss data that is pulled for Cycle 7. We will also run reports to help prevent and clean up cycle errors before staff leaves prior to school being out, and possibly some staff not available to clean up data.

For SWAEC Professional Development Consortium member districts, the fee for this session has been waived. Non-members will be charged a workshop fee. Members and non-members will be assessed a “no show” fee of $25.00 if you register and do not attend. In the event of cancellation, registrants will be notified by email (address tied to escWorks) and no one will be charged a fee.
