CRESC-Data with Purpose: Equipping Leaders to Coach for Continuous Improvement
This professional development training equips school and district leaders with strategies for coaching teachers to effectively analyze student achievement data to inform instructional decisions, strengthen classroom practices, and support continuous improvement. Participants will learn how to guide teachers in using data to identify strengths and gaps, align instruction to student needs, and develop meaningful Professional Growth Plans that connect teacher effectiveness to student outcomes.
NOTE: Attendees should bring a device and have access to their ATLAS data.
