DMESC - Early Career Exploration



Join us for a dynamic 3-hour professional development session focused on strengthening Early Career Exploration in your school.  Participants will engage in a Masterclass of experts sharing best practices, innovative strategies and real-world insights to support student career awareness and readiness.  This session will guide school teams in building a strong career readiness culture, aligning efforts across classrooms, counseling programs and school leadership. Attendees will also receive an overview of grant opportunities through Paxton/Patterson, including key requirements and next steps for participation.  
Team Requirement:
Schools must attend as a teams consisting of: 1 Building Administrator, 1 School Counselor, 4 Additional Staff Members.
Important: Attendance is required to be eligible for the grant opportunity.  Come prepared to collaborate, learn, and take actionable steps toward expanding career exploration opportunities for all students.
