ARESC-School Nurse Screening Training for Vision, Hearing, BMI, and Scoliosis
This will be an all-day training to provide the school nurse with the necessary skill to provide state-mandated screenings to the district's pupils. Upon completion of this training, the school nurse will receive certification to complete the mandated Scoliosis, BMI (growth), Hearing and Vision screenings ***PLEASE BRING YOUR VISION AND HEARING MACHINES FOR THE HAND-ON CHECK OFF PORTION. **Please also note, Scoliosis certification must be renewed every 5 years. If you are due for recertification, Scoliosis will be first in the morning and you may leave once you have checked off.
