This school year, DMESC will host monthly Zoom meetings for all district counselors. This past year brought many new challenges for counselors as we transitioned to Success Ready Pathways and the requirements for Diplomas of Merit and Distinction.
These meetings are designed to ensure you have the most up-to-date information as it develops and to provide regular time to connect with and learn from fellow counselors across the consortium who are navigating the same challenges. My goal is to have representatives from DESE, DCTE, and ADHE join us so you can receive guidance and support from all three departments if needed.
Meetings will be held via Zoom on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at August through May. In the place of our October and March Zoom sessions, we'll meet in person for a half-day session (details on time and location to follow).
