Participants will engage in a Masterclass of experts sharing best practices, innovative strategies, and real-world insights to support student career awareness and readiness. This session will guide school teams in building a strong career readiness culture, aligning efforts across classrooms, counseling programs, and school leadership. Attendees will also receive an overview of grant opportunities through Paxton/Patterson, including key requirements and next steps for participation. Team Requirement: Schools must attend as a team consisting of: one building administrator, one school counselor, four additional staff members
